Shipping and stocking are essential components of a reliable manufacturing supply chain. At Rotomold Mexico, we offer efficient logistics coordination and inventory management to support consistent production and on-time delivery.

Our streamlined shipping and stocking processes ensure finished parts are handled properly, stored securely, and delivered according to your scheduling and operational requirements.

Warehouses

We can stock products at company-operated warehouses located in Louisville, KY, and Yuma, Arizona. We have multiple FTLs going to each facility every week, so it is inexpensive for us to ship anything from a pallet to a full truckload of product to either of these facilities.

From East to West coast

For customers in the central or East coast that can't fill a FTL, we can either deliver the shipments to a freight forwarder in Southern California, or we can consolidate the shipment with an FTL shipment that we have going to either our warehouse in Kentucky or FTL shipments that we regularly have to the East Coast.

Our Facilities

Each warehouse is around 30,000ft2 and we consistently ship out drop ship orders on the same day. We can reach the vast majority of the continental USA in 2 days via FedEx/UPS Ground with these two warehouses. Our main warehouse is in Ensenada, Mexico with over 100,000ft2 of warehousing space. This warehouse is mostly used to maintain stock in remote warehouses in the USA and to fulfill large stocking orders.

Out time

We have multiple truckload shipments that go to Southern California each week that drop off orders to customers' facilities as well as that drop off shipments at freight forwarders that can handle the shipment to the final destination.

What rotomolding manufacturing processes do you have?

We have over 330,000 sq ft of manufacturing space in Baja California, Mexico, with extensive capabilities. We have 6 rotomolding machines that range from 1.9-meter oven diameters to 4.5 meters.

Which countries do you ship?

We have trucks crossing into the USA every single day with warehouses on the West Coast, East Coast, and even in Canada. We are located within a few miles of the port of Ensenada and within a few hours from the Port of Long Beach and can ship product worldwide.

Are you ISO 9001 certified?

Yes, we are ISO 9001 certified!

What's the biggest part you can run?

12 long part, but depending on the project, different machines and arms can be used to accommadate your needs.

Are molds stored inside or outside?

Molds are stored inside and away from harsh weather.

Do you require minimum order quantities?

Yes, we do require MOQs. It all depends on the customer and project.

Can you do full assemblies?

Assemblies will be considered depending on the customer and its requirements, but not something we specialize in.
