Beyond rotational molding, Rotomold Mexico offers a range of advanced manufacturing processes to support product development, validation, and production. Our capabilities include rapid prototyping, compression molding, extrusion manufacturing, and calendaring—each selected to meet specific technical and performance requirements.

Rapid Prototype
Rotomold Mexico has >20 3d printers ranging from small SLA to >1m3 FDM printers. With our large machine shop we are also able to machine prototypes from stock when 3d printing does not meet what is needed.
Compression Molding
With more than 25 CNC machines running 24/7 and more than 20 engineers, we machine a wide variety of molds in house. Metal raw materials are stocked, allowing us to sprint into production in industry leading time.
Extrusion
We manufacture seals and gaskets for automotive, industrial, and aerospace uses. Our team of chemists and our compounding department allow us to meet any specifications such as ZZ-R-765/A-A-59588, Food Grade, Electro-Conductive, USP CL-VI, and more. We manufacture all sizes and colors of tubing and cord stock and offer cutting and packaging solutions to make your life easy. As well, we have full braiding capabilities and tooling for all standard sizes of hose.
Calendering
We can calender silicone, FKM, NBR, Fluoro Silicone, and much more. We can calender solid rubber as well as rubber onto various types of fabrics, including aramid, fiberglass, polyester, and much more. We have specialized formulations to meet physical property requirements, colors, and tests to many ASTM standards.

What rotomolding manufacturing processes do you have?
We have over 330,000 sq ft of manufacturing space in Baja California, Mexico, with extensive capabilities. We have 6 rotomolding machines that range from 1.9-meter oven diameters to 4.5 meters.
Which countries do you ship?
We have trucks crossing into the USA every single day with warehouses on the West Coast, East Coast, and even in Canada. We are located within a few miles of the port of Ensenada and within a few hours from the Port of Long Beach and can ship product worldwide.

Yes, we are ISO 9001 certified!
What's the biggest part you can run?
12 long part, but depending on the project, different machines and arms can be used to accommadate your needs.
Are molds stored inside or outside?
Molds are stored inside and away from harsh weather.
Do you require minimum order quantities?
Yes, we do require MOQs. It all depends on the customer and project.
Can you do full assemblies?
Assemblies will be considered depending on the customer and its requirements, but not something we specialize in.
